Although the ice cream was delicious, we were disappointed. The lady who served us, at the time of payment, refused to make me pay with the ATM, demanding, in a very rude and rude way, the cash, when I reiterate that I have no cash, always very rudely tells me to go to my boyfriend to get me the money or show me the way to the first bank where I can withdraw. In short, once all this is over, we have not even been issued a receipt. What can I say, good ice cream but zero courtesy!

August 13, 2020 around 1 pm, many people both around and in the club. My husband and I order two sundaes of ice cream, one with blueberries and the other with raspberries. After a very long wait, an anonymous glass of coffee ice cream arrives and, at the request for clarification, we were hastily informed that the raspberries were finished. Never mind, we send it back and wait patiently ... after half an hour, exhausted and hungry, we left without being able to consume. But the more serious things are other: a customer was added to the bill the cost of two accidentally broken glasses with the threat of calling finance (???) and, in the long and useless wait, I saw food handling (also ice) with their hands without gloves and all the operators behind the counter were with their masks lowered. Other than finance .... we are not there

Very nice location in the center of Brunico, wide choice of cakes and good value for money. Sometimes the service is slow.

The cake is also good, but the service is bad. Really rude waiter and owner. We had to ask for the receipt and they made us pay for two services: one for two glasses of water brought to the table, never requested, and the other for asking to divide a slice of cake in two! From the outside the place looks nice, but: 1) ordered hot chocolate and hot cocoa milk arrives which looks like Nesquik that I can prepare at home. I point out to the waitress (dark hair) that a chocolate should be denser and she replies in a rude and unprofessional way that everyone asks for even more liquid ... So I don't drink milk and chocolate ... 2) I ask to pay with the ATM but he tells me in an annoyed way that they don't have an ATM and they only accept cash. I point out that by law they have an obligation to have the POS, but as an answer he tells me to go to withdraw. 3) return with cash and ask for a small discount x the trouble of going to withdraw cash ex the chocolate which is hot milk ... among other things taken the bill is 10.10 euros ... but make a discount of 10 cents, no? Conclusion: bad staff! Perhaps the staff must change jobs if they cannot treat people with cordiality and professionalism. Perhaps the staff is not chosen correctly looking only at the low cost, or it reflects the company philosophy! To avoid !!!!!!!!!

This used to be the place to meet for coffee but it’s just getting worse and worse every time. The service is completely awful. Such a shame.

The panini was good, as was the Bueno Ice. However, my Milkshake wasn't self made but tasted horrible and artificial. The strawberry youghurt was luke warm. The poor maid was alone for the whole restaurant and the prices too high for artificial milkshake. The espresso had no creama at all and was already cold. Avoid the restaurant

My family, our friends and I, were at the cafe an afternoon last week. My first impression was pretty good. We ordered some coffee, milkshakes and sparkling water. When it came, the milkshake was not at all like the picture in the menu. And the milkshake was lukewarm, and tasted like milk. The same as the milkshake, the water was lukewarm. The service was very bad, because the waiters were a little arrogant, and did not have the interest to help us. The price were too high, compared to the quality. I would not recommend this cafe. If I could I would give half star! A place is only desirable if the people who work there let you feel you are welcome! I try every year but every year is a disappointment! Yesterday was the last time. Life is too short to be disappointed, specially if there are more coffee places who are not so rude, that they don’t make you feel not welcome, look at you if you can’t pay!!!!

Nice romantic cafe. For a break durring shopping.
